RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Padel Nuestro, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience is perfect. For this reason, we offer you a MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE OF UP TO 60 CALENDAR DAYS from the receipt of your order.

Starting May 15, 2024, we changed the return period to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. All purchases made before May 15, 2024 maintain the 60-day return conditions. 

So that you can enjoy this guarantee and obtain a quick and easy refund, we provide you with the following guide:

Orders placed on the website cannot be returned or exchanged in a physical store.

Conditions for Return

  • Unused Products: We would love for our products to meet your expectations, but if not, please make sure that the item you wish to return has not been used.
  • Items in New Condition: We want to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. Therefore, we ask that the products you wish to return be in their original condition, unused and with all their original packaging and seals.
  • Do not pack directly on the items.

Step-by-Step Return Process (valid only for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands)

  1.  Request your Return Label: Send an email to padelnuestroesplugues@gmail.com requesting your Correos return label.
  2. Prepare your Package: Make sure that the products are new, unused, in their original packaging, with the original packaging and seals. Don't forget to include the invoice or delivery note in the package.
  3. Return Label: Affix the return label to the outside of the package and take it to your nearest Post Office. Do not stick it directly on the products or their original boxes. If you can't print it, you can show the label on your mobile phone.
  4. Review and Refund: Once we receive the product, we will check it to make sure it is in perfect condition. Then we will refund your money as quickly as possible.

Return Cost

The cost of the return for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be €4.95 if the initial order is greater than €59, if the initial order is less than €59 the cost of the return will be €7.90. This amount will be deducted from the total refund if you use our prepaid label service. If you prefer to use another means to return the product, the cost will be that indicated by that transport agency and will not be associated with us.
In case of an exchange, the same costs will apply as in the return. 

Other considerations

Voluntary Returns: Voluntary returns will not be free and will cost €4.95.

Destinations Other than the Peninsula: If your order was delivered to a destination other than the Peninsula, the return costs will be at your expense. You must send the order postage paid, properly packaged and in its original packaging, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. Use the following address:

How and When Will I Receive the Refund?

Once we have received the return under the aforementioned conditions, we will proceed to make the refund according to the payment method you used:

Payment by Credit Card: You will receive a credit to your credit card account.

Payment through PayPal: You will receive a credit to your PayPal account. You will have the option to keep the amount in your PayPal account for future purchases or transfer it to your bank account. If you choose the second option, simply contact PayPal to receive your money wherever you prefer.

Refund Process for other countries and the Canary Islands step by step

  1. Send an email to padelnuestroesplugues@gmail.com requesting your return.
  2. To return items, All material will be sent to our facilities with postage paid. to the address indicated below. No postage due material will be collected. The return of items is a right regulated by the rules that you have as a customer, in which the return transportation costs are borne by the customer.
  3. All returns must be previously approved through a communication, opening a support ticket in the Customer Service Center and requiring a return code.
  4. When the items have been received, reviewed and we have verified their status as new and unused, we will refund the money for your returned products.
  5. In case that the return option has been accepted, the total cost will be transferred to the account provided within 14 days after receiving the material.

VERY IMPORTANT: You must include within the package a copy of the departure invoice and indicate the reference number of the support ticket that you made at the Customer Service Center and the text "RETURN", both on the outside and inside of the package; in the event that your request is canceled due to the impossibility of identifying you. If it is well indicated, we will be able to recognize where it comes from and, in this way, we will be able to manage the required return as soon as possible, thus reducing waiting time during the process.

PRODUCT CHANGES (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

For product changes you must write to padelnuestroesplugues@gmail.com requesting the product change. The After-Sales department will indicate the corresponding protocol to make your change correctly.

All countries that do not appear in the table do not have ground shipping service available and will only have air delivery service.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME AIR SERVICE

Shipping costs are calculated in the cart, considering both the selected products and the shipping address. This allows you to know the total amount, including shipping costs, before finalizing your purchase. This way we guarantee transparency and the best rate adjusted to your needs. Explore our products and find out the shipping costs at the end of your purchase! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, although it generally takes between 3 and 5 business days.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

Any additional costs due to customs processing will be borne by the customer, the company will not be responsible for any import duties that may be applied to the shipment. In the event that the order is rejected at destination, Padel Nuestro will try to recover the shipment, passing on the shipping, return, customs and any other costs that may be generated, to the customer.

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT

Upon receipt of the order, if you notice damage to the packaging, wrong products or any problem with your order due to transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
After 24 hours from the incident, the insurance company rejects any claim covered by article 366 of the commercial code.
